As a virtual Lead Generation agency, Budget Lead operates worldwide and provides services to clients across the globe. The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services:
1. Service Agreement:
We require a signed service agreement between Budget Lead and our clients that outlines the services to be provided, payment terms, and other relevant details.
2. Payment:
Payment for our services must be made in advance, and we accept payment through our online payment portal, Like Wise or Payoneer. We do not accept payment through cash or check.
3. Refund Policy:
We do not offer any refunds on our services. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
4. Confidentiality:
We understand the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and therefore, ensure that all client information is kept confidential.
5. Ownership:
All leads generated through our services are owned by the client and are provided for their exclusive use.
6. Liability:
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
7. Termination:
The service agreement can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days.
